You will get a minimum of £12.50ph (£13ph after probation!), and you will get paid for your visits, as well as 50p per mile AND driving time! This is equivalent to an annual salary of £27,716 based on a 40-hour work week! Not considering extra shifts and bank holidays when you get an additional 30% more.

Training is part of our culture. It starts with your paid three-day induction, where you will cover mandatory modules, including practical, on-site moving and handling and first-aid courses, and we will fund and help you get your Care Certificate. 

We can also fund your further training for NVQ Levels 3-5 and have an open culture of growth, where if you come across something you are not familiar with, we will get training for it.
