Better Pay

- Weekly pay £13.65 – £15.25 PH, Bank holidays £19 – £26 PH.
- In addition, you will get £12.50 PH and 50p per mile for your driving

- Free MOT when you pass probation

Training:
Training is part of our culture. It starts with your paid three-day induction, where you will cover mandatory modules, including practical, on-site moving and handling and first-aid courses, and we will fund and help you get your Care Certificate.
We can also fund your further training for NVQ Levels 3-5 and have an open culture of growth, where if you come across something you are not familiar with, we will get training for it.
