Personal Care Services

Our personal care home visits are designed to empower older adults to establish a routine that helps them feel fresh, clean, and dignified.

We offer discreet, compassionate support with daily activities such as:

  • Getting in and out of bed
  • Bathing and continence care
  • Dressing
  • Medication administration

Personal care visits are tailored to each client. Scheduled visits are punctual and carefully monitored through our App, which family members can access to see precisely what, when and how care is delivered. You can also opt for visit notifications, which tell you when the carer arrives and leaves.

Dementia Care

Our dementia care is designed for individuals at any stage of dementia, from mild to advanced, diagnosed or not. With small teams of well-trained professionals, we provide reassurance, emotional support, and familiarity to your loved one.

As members of the Dementia Action Alliance, we are dedicated to educating families and caregivers about dementia care at home, focusing on positive enablement to empower clients with memory loss to maintain their independence.

Day Care

We offer a day care service whereby a carer comes in for 5 hours or longer to assist clients with everyday tasks like personal care, medication, companionship, shopping, cooking, household chores and getting to medical or social appointments.

We offer this service at a discount (21% cheaper than our hourly rate), making it a cost-effective way for you to have care and companionship during the day.

Night Care

Night care provides overnight support, with options for occasional help (Sleeping Night) or full-time assistance (Waking Night) for those with sleep disorders, nighttime medication needs, or a high risk of falls.

With expert care around the clock, you can feel secure, supported, and comfortable in your own home.

After Hospital Care

Returning home after a period in the hospital can be very confusing. As excited about returning to a familiar and comforting environment as someone may be, they can also feel anxious and worried about coping at home.

We can coordinate with the enablement team and put a package of care in place while you recover at home.

Respite Care

This is a temporary or ad-hoc service for individuals who support someone with their care at home. Do you:

  • Provide full or part-time care to someone?
  • Need a regular break from your responsibilities as a carer?
  • Need someone to step in while you are away or on a break?

If you answered YES to one or more of the above, then we can help. If you are caring for someone recently discharged from the hospital, you may be eligible for funded respite care through Involve Kent. The NHS also offers a comprehensive guide on respite care.

Many older adults find getting out and about a bit of a struggle and may end up isolated and alone at home. If you know someone in this situation, companionship care is a great solution.

A dedicated companion can assist them with a range of activities, including:
