Reach out to us. Let us know what you need, and we’ll do what we can to support you. Nothing is too much or too little; you can arrange elderly care from one hour weekly to a live-in carer – we are here for you.

Step 2

Book a free assessed home visit

We will arrange to visit you and your loved one at home for a cup of tea and a chat. We know there might be resistance and uncertainty, but we’ve done this before and will come prepared. So don’t worry. We will carry out a risk assessment and start working on a bespoke care plan.

Step 3

Receive a bespoke care plan

Once we know what good and great look like for you, we will create a tailored care package and select a small team of care professionals to work with you. We will send you a proposal including costs, a schedule of visits and dates we can start so you have all the information you need.

Step 4

Make an informed decision

Make the right decision in your own time. Remember, you can get as little or as much support as you want, and there are no long-term contracts!

Here are some of the things our small teams of happy and motivated care professionals can support you with:

Medication Support

All our carers have medication training and can help with support or encouragement. We also keep electronic records (eMARs) which are reviewed regularly.

Stay Active

Motivational, friendly support to help keep you moving and healthy, from a simple walk to customised exercise classes.

Meal Preparation and Food Shopping

We will do a nutrition assessment as part of our care plan, and we can also support you with shopping, meal preparation and planning.

Transportation

We offer support with transportation to local or further away trips, including companionship during the trip.

Light Housekeeping

We do not rush our elderly care visits. We always have time to help around the house with things like emptying/loading the dishwasher and tidying and organising things for you.

Feeling clean and fresh does wonders, so we offer discreet and respectful personal care services so you can start your day right.

Companionship

Companionship visits allow you to do the things you love with greater confidence and peace of mind for you and your family.

We'll Track Things For You

We’ll do the work, so you don’t have to worry. Your medication, nutrition, etc., will be tracked and monitored, and you can access it in the Amora app.
